Prohibited Uses

• Sharing access credentials with unauthorised individuals
• Using consultations for commercial or business purposes without agreement
• Recording sessions without explicit permission
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our methodologies

Subscriber Responsibilities

Successful financial planning requires active participation and honesty

• Pay subscription fees promptly according to agreed terms

Intellectual Property Rights

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission

Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, helavianqors's liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.

Upon termination, access to consultation services ceases, but confidentiality obligations continue

You agree to indemnify helavianqors against claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of services, or violation of applicable laws.
